Why is there no tracking update?

It may take 1-3 days for the shipping company to arrange and update tracking information.

Why is my order taking so long to ship?

In general, for in-stock products, it will take 1-3 days to process after purchase.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How to return an item?

Please contact london@cubicoriginal.com if you would like to return your order.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn with the original tags attached. If our customer care team feel any of these points are not met, it is at their discretion on whether the item is suitable for return. Once the return is approved, our finance team will start to process your refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your goods are back at our warehouse, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to reach your account.

Do you refund the delivery charge for return item?

The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the original item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I exchange instead of a refund?
