1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Faulty or Defective Items
If your item has a manufacturing fault or issue, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
Not as Described
If the product differs from its description, you are eligible for a refund or exchange.
Change of Mind
For change-of-mind cases (e.g., size not suitable, not preferred), we offer exchange only within 14 days.
Hygiene Items (Non-Returnable)
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Loose Accessories & Trims
Minor loose accessories such as buttons, beads or trims that may loosen through normal wear are not eligible for return or exchange.
Promotional Sale Items
Discounted or clearance merchandise is non-returnable unless faulty.

CUBIC stores operate a paperless receipt system.
Your digital receipt sent via email serves as valid proof of purchase.
If you cannot locate your receipt, our team can search your purchase using:

3. In-Store Return & Exchange Policy (Customer Notice)
